Don’t let what is happening around you and what is being disputed in the media turn you into a hermit. Life is always going to have elements that are scary and unnerving. Don’t let that sort of thing make you hide away. Don’t stop living, but be safe about it.

Casual hobbies are a must for relaxing your brain. Even those past times that seem violent on the surface will relax the participants. Archery, target shooting, football, boxing, gaming or competition knitting. Find your way to relax. Don’t worry about the naysayers. They can find their own zen.
