Slow Soft Quiet
Slow, soft quiet. Those are my favorite humans. They move with purpose, they step lightly around other people’s hearts and they speak quietly. I can do without fast and loud humans who talk and move like the world is ending. Brash and chaotic. No thank you. Surround yourself with the humans you like best.

Read a Children’s Story Book
If you feel sad or bored read a children’s book. I just read Mary Poppins. So fun. Reading children’s books reminds me how it felt when my imagination was louder than my doubt. When I was less afraid and more adventurous. Suddenly my feet feel lighter.

Thankful
We made it through the storm. Others not so lucky. If you pray please pray for the humans recovering from the storms. When the unexpected happens we have to adjust. We have to do what we must to survive. It’s not easy. Thank you for your support, kind thoughts and prayers during this time.
