Mindfulness

I started practicing mindfulness. It’s basically turning your mind to what you are doing.

Focus on the task at hand. Pay attention in all things. Slow down when walking enjoy the walk instead of focusing on the destination. Chew each bite, focused on taste. Listen to each sound in a person’s voice when they speak to you. Breath deeply and focus on what is happening in the moment.

It’s not as easy as you might think.
