What details of your life could you pay more attention to?
I’m very good at being busy. If there was a detail I need to focus on, it would be difficult to identify. I have been an ADHD kid all my life, long before the diagnosis was a thing. There was no medication for it so I learned to live with it.
My process is identify the most important thing that needs attention. Give it as much time as possible. When something else pops up, I stop write it down and go back to it later. This method works for me.
Right now the details that I need to focus my attention on are centering my thoughts. I have started centering prayer. It is very difficult for people who have a bouncy ball brain with a dozen squirrel thoughts a second.
If this question is meant for practical things, my answer is organizational skills. My house has pockets of clutter that need attention.
That can wait. I’m busy doing nothing right now.
