Every year on my birthday in March I make a resolution to myself. Last year I decided to take a social media fast for a year. I’ll tell you about that later. For this year I’m considering only reading books from our home library. That would mean an entire year of not buying new books, not reading public library books, or galley copies.
With close to 2000 books in our collection, I would have plenty to read. I can refrain from buying new books, probably. It’s the no public library books part I don’t think I could stick to. Maybe a two O’Gara books for every one public library book compromise.
What do you think? Should I do it?
Light & Love, Lori
