The O’Gara Clan has been known to be nontraditional in a lot of things. Holidays is when our nonconformity shines. This year is no different.

Daughter #2 is attending a trade school for HVAC. She has tried a few things as she attempts to find her way along the path to adulthood. This is her current adventure. She has discovered that she is good with electronics and likes welding copper pipe.

So when your adult child comes home from school uber proud of herself and says she made a Christmas tree, then you have a Christmas tree.

I encourage you to do what brings you joy this holiday season even if no one else understands why. Who cares what they think anyway?
