Brendan & Lori O'Gara

Our site is called The O’Garas, I do 99.9% of the blogging. My other half is deep into writing the second book of our fantasy series. He has never been a blogger. It’s just not his thing.

However, we both enjoy the sharing of ideas and truth. We like the open debate that sometimes happens, the conversation, and the learning that comes with dialog. He does that on social media, through online gaming, and in person with friends. For me, it is through our blog, my day job, a few friends, and in person too. Did you know people still meet for coffee and chat? Really! They do!

Blogging allows me to share thoughts and communicate with humans I would not meet in real life and with our readers. Now that I have stopped participating in social media, I have more time for blogging. It is great that WordPress will auto-post to some social media so I don’t have to lose contact with people there.

Besides, blogging is fun.
