Life does weird things to your physical self. The food we eat, air we breathe, and other planetary factors affect humans in good and bad ways.

Drink more water. Eat less junk. Rest when you’re tired. Go barefoot when you can.

Do whatever is possible to keep your physical self healthy.

Easier said than done.
