This thought is a difficult one. You need to take time for yourself. You also need to make sure you don’t neglect the people you love.
You can do it. Give yourself a bit of time. Schedule it if you have too. Steal a few minutes here and there if you must.
Give yourself a break. Rest, read, sing, dance, shop, sail, climb mountains, or do any other thing you like to do.
Just a little bit of time will help you be a nicer, more relaxed human.
