Usually a person’s attitude is not because of you. Anger is an emotion that humans use to respond to threat or stress. It can be a real thing or some crazy thing we make up in our mind. Still, we control our own emotions. We react to how people treat us.
So, how you respond to that aggravating teenager with that huge attitude or that jerk who cut you off in traffic is on you.
Do not assume that you are the cause of the anger and do not absorb it.
Get to the root of the problem, fix it, and move on.
