Day 59

Anger is a normal part of life. We have to learn how to deal with it just like we learn how to be happy. Some of us get angry only once a week but others get angry everyday.

You may disagree and say that emotions are not learned, humans feel them. True we feel emotions; however we have to learn what they are and how to deal with them.

If we don’t learn how to control our emotions they will control us. Being ruled by emotions is no way to live a happy life.

Happiness and anger are a choice.
