Her: With all you have to accomplish in a day, how are you really?
Me: I’m fine.
How many of us answer the how are you question with, “Fine.” When chances are you like me are tired, hungry, happy, sad, or some other things other than “Fine.”
How would our interactions go if we simply said exactly how we feel? Don’t exaggerate it. Don’t sugarcoat how you are feeling in that moment the question is asked. Just straight up say, “Well actually I am…”
I think I am going to try that for a while.
