Autopilot Kindness

If you are offered the opportunity to be kind and you hesitate, figure out why. Is the human in front of you different than you? What slips through your brain that makes you stop and think before you show kindness?

Kindness should be compulsive and reactionary.

I do not care what someone’s race, gender, religion, wealth, poverty, cleanliness, or state of mind is at the moment of opportunity, be kind.

Our nature is to analyze the person’s worthiness. In a matter of seconds we judge if they deserve our kindness.

Sometimes the kindest thing you can do for a person is walk away if your alternate response is not kind.
