Where You Are is Just Fine

There will be bad days and that is okay. Allow yourself to feel whatever you are feeling.

I tell my family all the time, everyone is entitled to their feelings. Yes even the bad ones. Anger, gulit, sadness, frustration are all valid.

What you are not allowed to do is set up camp and stay there or harm others while there.

Feel it, deal with it and move on.

Don’t ignore it or confuse it with unworthiness or something else.

That is a lie.

You are not just a meat bag full of feelings.
