Don’t give a solid, strong, authoritative, statement or speech then end it with…a lukewarm statement. Just don’t. Everything you said before is lessened now.

When a self proclaimed Christian says a public prayer and he can’t, won’t or doesn’t say “in Jesus name”, what does that say about his faith? You have the collective attention of a nation. That is not the time to falter.

By the way, “in the strong name of our collective faith”, that name is Jesus Christ.
